For people in therapy

Your therapy, all week long.

Therapy is one hour a week. Life happens in the other 167. Continuva gives you a private AI assistant, set up by your therapist from your own therapy, so you can check in whenever you need to.

Your therapist sets it up and stays in charge. It isn't therapy, and it isn't for emergencies.

Can we do the breathing one again? I can't fall asleep.
Of course, Daniel. Let's do the slow breathing you practiced with Dr. Levin. Breathe in gently for a count of four, then let it go even slower.
Okay. That helps a bit.

How to get your own portal

Continuva works through your therapist, so they can tailor it to you and keep an eye on how it's going.

1

Ask your therapist

Bring it up at your next session, or send them a short message. We've written one for you below.

2

They set it up

Your therapist adds what you're working on and how it should help you. Then they send you a private login link.

3

Check in between sessions

Type or talk it through whenever you need to. Your therapist sees how it's going and picks it up at your next session.

What it's like for you

It follows the approach your therapist uses with you, and works from what you've covered together.

Type or talk, whenever you need to

Talk through a hard moment out loud, type it out, or practice an exercise, in check-ins of 10 or 20 minutes.

Practice what you learned

The skills from your sessions, the way your therapist taught them, when you actually need them.

Recaps and appointments

Look back on what you worked on, and see what's coming up, in one private place.

Your therapist stays in the loop

They choose what it covers. If you're struggling, they're alerted.

Private, and guided by your therapist

Continuva supports your therapy. It doesn't replace your therapist, and it makes no clinical decisions.

Only you and your therapist

Your conversations are visible only to your therapist and their designated supervisor.

Protected

HIPAA compliant and encrypted. Your conversations are never used to train AI.

Never alone in a hard moment

If you say something concerning, you're directed to crisis support right away and your therapist is alerted.

Continuva isn't for emergencies. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911.

Ask your therapist about Continuva

Most therapists haven't heard of it yet. Send them a short note, or let us reach out for you.

Send your therapist a message

Fill in two names and we'll write it for you. You can edit anything before sending.

Open in my email

Or let us reach out for you

We'll send your therapist a short, friendly note about Continuva. We only mention that a client asked about it. We never share anything about your therapy.

We use this only to contact your therapist and follow up with you. See our privacy policy.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. It's support between sessions, set up and overseen by your therapist. It helps you practice what you're working on together. It doesn't replace your therapist and doesn't make clinical decisions.

Who can see my conversations?

Only your therapist and their designated supervisor. Your conversations are encrypted, HIPAA compliant, and never used to train AI.

What does it cost?

Your therapist decides. Many include it as part of your care. Some charge a small amount for check-ins, and they'll tell you before you start.

Can I sign up without my therapist?

Not yet. Continuva works through your therapist, so your assistant is built from your actual therapy and your therapist stays in the loop. That's what makes it different from a general chatbot.

What if my therapist isn't interested?

That's okay. Every therapist works differently. If you let us reach out, we'll send them one friendly note and won't keep emailing them.

What if I'm in crisis?

Continuva isn't for emergencies. Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. If you mention something concerning in a check-in, you'll be pointed to crisis support and your therapist will be alerted.
